Reset your K12 Password
Your K12 account is your access to many things within the WVDE network like Office 365 and Schoology. To use this reset option, you will need access to your K12 email. If you are unable to receive emails, please submit a help ticket or see your school's technology support coordinator.

Reset your Managed Apple ID Password
Your managed Apple ID is used for apps like Classroom, stores data like your Mac's desktop and documents folders, and keeps a backup of your iPad.
To reset your password, submit a help ticket or see your school's technology support coordinator.

Reset your Mac Password
Your Mac account requires its own password, separate from the managed Apple ID or K12. Your Mac will ask for this password at login, when installing apps, or when you or an app tries to alter any settings.
