First grade students just finished a thematic unit focusing on the storybook Chicka, Chicka, Boom Boom. Students created their own chicka, chicka, boom boom tree.
Students in Mrs. Stepp's first grade studied the legend of Johnny Appleseed then made their own name Apple Tree.
