On Saturday, October 28th, Spencer Elementary will hold it's first annual Howl-o-ween Dog Show and Parade. For the $20 entry fee, you can dress up your canine bestie and enter him/her in the show and parade. The fun begins a 11:00 with registration beginning at 10:00. Prizes will be awarded for the winners in each of our judged categories. For more information, call the school office (304-927-6428).
