Spencer Middle School

Nine Spencer Middle students qualified for the state social studies fair by placing first at the regional fair this weekend. Those representing SMS are: Anthony Thornabar “History of Baseball”; Thomas McIntyre “Jamestown, The Journey Begins”; Brody Hall and Dakota Moore “Ten Plagues of Egypt”; Alyssa Freeland and Alex Lepp “Mothman: Fact or Fiction”; Braxton Nichols “Operation London Bridge”; Natalie Mertz and Tanner Saunders “Irene Sender: Holocaust Hero”.  Roane County will be sending eleven projects to the state social studies fair on April 29th in Charleston.
